White Christmas Rocky Road

I decided to do some baking this weekend and made my version of white Christmas rocky road, so I thought I would share the recipe here. It was so easy to make and really yummy, too!

Ingredients:

1 pack mini marshmallows
1 pack raspberry lollies
1 small pack pistachio nuts
1 pack scotch finger biscuits
2 packs white chocolate melts
Sprinkles (to decorate)

Method

1. Add the marshmallows, raspberry lollies and pistachio nuts to a bowl.

2. Roughly chop the scotch finger biscuits and add them in, too.

3. Melt roughly one and a half packs of white chocolate melts in the microwave in 30 second bursts. Pour it into the bowl with the other ingredients and mix well.

4. Add your rocky road mix to a lined baking tray.

5. Melt the rest of the white chocolate and drizzle on top.

6. Add your choice of sprinkles on top and pop in the fridge to set for at least 2 hours.

Cut into pieces and enjoy!
