And so we have reached the end of April. My goodness, this year is just flying by.
We spent the beginning of April down south visiting my extended family over Easter. Elijah had lots of fun searching for Easter eggs in the garden with some help from his Dada. He also found Thumper who decided to hop in our bag and come back up north with us.
I managed to finish How To Stop Time this month and I absolutely loved it. I would definitely recommend it if you are yet to read it. If anyone has read Reasons To Stay Alive by Matt Haig, I'd love to know what it's like, should I read it? I've also started two new books. Now, I would normally read one book at a time but I have so many books on my "to read" list, I decided to start a few and pick up each one depending on what I feel like reading at the time. I'm currently reading Fingers In The Sparkle Jar by Chris Packham and Wilde Like Me by Louise Pentland.
My shop has been busy with a few big custom orders and I am slowly working on some new bits for Spring/Summer. I am so grateful to everyone who supports me as it means I get to work from home and see my little boy grow up.
I'm sad to say hubby and I have finished watching Friends *sob*. I said to Joel "Is it weird that I feel like they've all become my friends and I really miss them now we don't see them every day?" He admitted he feels the same! Haha. We have since started watching episodes of The Great British Bake Off on Netflix.
What have you been up to this month? What are you watching/reading/listening to? Let me know in the comments!
